The Foundation can not guarantee we will make any of your deadlines unless you make a specific request. We can not always ship out little Billy's shirt today for his birthday tomorrow, or even next week.
The orders are accessed and processed in batches simply because we have no help, and rely upon our limited availability of volunteers. Orders must be batched to make the whole thing do-able.
In addition, we depend on manufacturers to provide our supplies or drop ship merchandise. Sometimes they are slow or do not do what they should do when they should, if at all. You know the saying, "If it can go wrong, it will go wrong."
Remember, our primary goal is to restore these aircraft. That being said, you will receive your items, and you will love them. Everybody does. We have many, many reorders. And we thank you profusely for your blessed support to help get these aircraft back in the sky for all to enjoy.

Our gift shop is staffed by a single volunteer. Some items are drop shipped
by the maker and may be delayed. We can not guarantee specific rush or priority
delivery; however, if you have a special occasion, please add that information
to your order, and we will do the best we can.
As of NOW we will no longer accept foreign checks or money orders because of problems with waiting for them and exchange rate variations and fees.

Purchases through the White 1 Giftshop are in reality donations to a charity with the intent of helping to support the restoration of these historic aircraft. These donations are made by you our supporters in good spirit. All monies received form the giftshop go directly to the restoration. Requesting a refund from a charity for any giftshop mistake is, in my opinion, just not right. When you donate, you donate.
We reserve the right to substitute any item, and to take as long as needed to fill your order.
There is one volunteer person staffing the gift shop, working on the restoration, and funding the whole project.
